Industrial Engineer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung neuer und bestehender Werke im Verantwortungsbereich
• Beratung und Mitwirkung bei Technologieauswahl, Anlagenspezifikation, -beschaffung und -abnahme
• Identifikation und Einführung neuer Technologien und Prozesse im Sinne von Industrie 4.0
• Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen im Industrial Engineering
• Unterstützung der Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich Logistik, Fertigungsmethoden und Qualitätsprozesse
• Erstellung von Lastenheften für Fördertechnik, Montagetechnik und Ladungsträger
• Abnahme und Freigabe von Betriebsmitteln gemäß abgestimmter Lastenhefte
• Anwendung von Simulationssoftware zur Planung von Werken, Anlagen und Behältern
• Planung logistischer Abläufe zwischen Kunde und Werk (z. B. Vorlaufzeiten, Verpackung, Fördertechnik, JIT/JIS)
• Gestaltung von Montageabläufen, Werkslayouts, Arbeitsstationen und Materialflüssen
• Enge Abstimmung mit Kundenabteilungen sowie internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von IT-Konzepten (z. B. Produktionssteuerung, Abrufsysteme)
• Beteiligung an Lieferantenauswahl und Ausschreibungen für Equipment und Projektteams
• Planung innerbetrieblicher Prozesse, Logistikketten und Lager-/Puffertechnik
• Mitwirkung bei QVP-Aktivitäten wie FMEA
• Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Kontrollplänen und Prozessdokumentationen
• Initiierung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
• Durchführung und Koordination von Simulationen und Audits logistischer und produktionsbezogener Abläufe
• Mitwirkung bei Investitionsplanung und Projektreviews
• Umsetzung der geplanten Maßnahmen im In- und Ausland
• Organisation und Durchführung von KVP-Workshops
• Werks-Auditierung gemäß MAFACT-Standard

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Industrial Engineering, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
• Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Logistikprozessen und Qualitätssicherung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Simulationssoftware und ERP-Systemen
• Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse und technische Dokumentation
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Reisebereitschaft für nationale und internationale Projekte
