DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsanlagen im Serienbetrieb hinsichtlich Produktivität, Qualität und Durchlaufzeit
  • Durchführung und Pflege von kleinen nationalen Projektplänen und Reports
  • Mitarbeit bei der Investitions-/bzw. Anlagen-/ Linienplanung incl. Beschaffung unter Berücksichtigung von QKT
  • Erstellung der Launchplanung (Rückwärtsterminierung)
  • Durchführung von R@R´s (bei Lieferant, intern Thomas, Belastungstest) zur Sicherstellung der Prozessfähigkeit
  • Mitwirkung bei der Auslegung und Optimierung von Produktionslinien gemäß Lean Line Design (LLD)
  • Abstimmung mit Fertigung und Disposition zu Optimierungsthemen und Zeiträumen

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker/in oder ein abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Industrialisierung insbesondere in der Erstellung von Konzepten, Lastenheften, Kalkulationen und Fertigungstechnologien
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden

Thomas has extensive experience in supplying products for conveying and regulating fuel, additives, or aqueous solutions such as DEF (diesel exhaust fluid or AdBlue®).
