Your tasks

Methodology Governance

  • Establish and oversee regional standards for Industrial Engineering and methodologies ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the global Methods team on developing standards and effectively communicate those changes to the regional IE network.

Capability Development

  • Support in the development and delivery of training programs and knowledge-building initiatives.
  • Define skill requirements and evaluate competencies across all Industrial Engineering functions in the region.
  • Foster synergy and sustainability through the connected regional IE network.
  • Develop regional network of key users for Industrial Engineering skills.

Efficiency & KPI Management

  • Collect and monitor KPIs that reflect the regional Industrial Engineering strategy and plant objectives

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Provide guidance for key regional topics to ensure alignment and collaboration between Business Units, Central Functions and our regional plants.

Your Profile

  • Four years of experience in production planning within the automotive industry and mass production with emphasis on assembly, logistics and quality
  • Language skills : English – fluent conversation / correspondence & Spanish – basic knowledge ideal / not required
