We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer Intern to support Operational Excellence initiatives within our distribution center in Romeoville IL. This role will report directly to the Senior Operational Excellence (OpEx) Manager and will focus primarily on documenting warehouse processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting standardization efforts across operations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and interested in supply chain, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, and process engineering.

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $21.30 - $25.00/hour This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
