Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Process Excellence: Analyze workflows, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with operations, quality, inventory, finance and safety teams to streamline performance. Work with internal departments and external vendors to develop process maps, SOPs

  • Turn Data into Action: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.

  • Communicate & Showcase Results: Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to share project outcomes. Present recommendations to management, highlighting innovative solutions and impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Knowledge of logistics, industrial engineering, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Python and Tableau; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus.

  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced distribution center.
