In the Industrial Performance Department, we aim to drive operational excellence by improving productivity, optimizing resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

MISSION:

In the domain of industrial engineering and continuous improvement,

  • Support and drive productivity and operational efficiency improvements through the application of Michelin Way and Lean methodologies.
  • Identify, challenge, and implement improvement opportunities across People, Profit, and Planet domains.
  • Empower operational teams to sustain continuous improvement initiatives and successfully manage change.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills with a solid foundation in mathematics and logical reasoning.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).
  • Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools such as Time Motion Study, Machine Chart, Capacity Analysis, and OEE.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Experience through internships, academic projects, or organizational activities involving process improvement or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, statistical analysis, or other digital improvement tools.
