This position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Analyzes production costs, cycle times, and resource utilization; proposes improvements to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Provides technical input for supplier selection and qualification; evaluates supplier capabilities, processes, and quality systems in coordination with Supply Chain Management.
• Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and international engineering teams to implement design improvements, standardize processes, and resolve technical issues.
• Develops and implements production processes for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Education: BS in Mechanical/Production Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent industry certification
• Experience: 0-3 years in production, process, or manufacturing engineering
• Technical Knowledge: Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA)
• Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Change management and continuous improvement orientation
