What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute facility engineering projects that enhance safety, reliability, quality, and operational performance.
  • Champion manufacturing transformation by aligning organizational vision with innovative solutions, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve process efficiency, conduct value stream mapping, and drive root cause problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Planning & Logistics and cross-functional teams to develop and optimize material flow strategies, warehousing operations, and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain plant layouts and engineering drawings utilizing CAD software to support production efficiency, facility optimization, and future growth.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience supporting operations, engineering, continuous improvement, or production activities within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, CAD

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the corrugated packaging, containerboard, paper manufacturing, pulp and paper, or related converting industry.
  • Experience using a CMMS.
