Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain labor standards by analyzing work methods, conducting time studies, and measuring work performance.
  • Improve labor utilization through method analysis, testing process modifications, and recommending job restructuring.
  • Enhance workflow and layout efficiency by analyzing process flows, workstations, and equipment, and proposing improvements or new procedures.
  • Identify, analyze, and reduce waste by evaluating methods, equipment, and operator techniques.
  • Lead and support work improvement and continuous improvement programs in collaboration with management and engineering teams.
  • Prepare and present work analysis reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends.
  • Complete improvement projects by training and guiding operators and supervisors on new methods and standards.
  • Develop, update, and maintain operations guidelines, procedures, and work methods.
  • Support Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 initiatives, leveraging manufacturing data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and support organizational integrity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of work measurement, process optimization, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop standard work, and drive measurable improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.
