The Industrial Engineer is a key role in our global distribution operations by collaborating closely with leadership and teams to enhance supply chain performance and productivity. The role is instrumental in designing and implementing standard lean operating procedures across the extensive network, including last mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current operations and developing standardized labor standards for all sites within the network.
  • Audit and update standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to implement identified improvements across the network.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, and analyze cost/benefit implications of proposed process improvements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and continuously updating engineered labor standards.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training to support the rollout and continuous optimization of these standards.
  • Performing root cause analysis of performance and process variations across sites.
  • Provide analytical support to supply chain leadership during annual planning and budgeting processes.
  • Support Labor Incentive Programs by analyzing data to support calibration and adjustments to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and incentive (pay-for-performance) targets.
