  Value stream mapping,
  change-over optimization (SMED) and Time studies
• 
  Standard work
  development for repetitive and non-repetitive tasks
• 
  Labor hours standard
  definition, Kanban systems implementation, among others.
• 
  Cycle times, production
  sequences, and material flow improvements
• 
  Support Lean Daily
  Management System at all levels
• 
  Calculate the financial
  impact for the savings initiatives.
• 
  Promote the
  identification of waste in manufacturing and business processes with the
  focus on Root Cause problem solving.
• 
  Lead and facilitate the
  application of Six sigma to complex issues.
• 
  Design and implement
  visual control strategies and 6S.

Requirements

• 
  Industrial Engineering Bachelor
• 
  Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Write/Speak)
• 
  Knowledge of statistical
  software and calculations

  Computer literate (MS
  Office)

  Project Management

  Technical writing and
  reporting skills - Weekly and monthly reporting
