To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

The Industrial Engineer role involves responsibilities for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provides process time estimation to the quote team based on manufacturing simulations.
• AutoCAD 2D design of operations, stations, cabins, etc.
• Work measurement programs and examines work samples to develop material flow.
• Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
• Design or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations.
• Supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs and improve performance in constrained areas like Lean, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree.

• Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.

• Advanced English level.

• Using the following tools:

• May require various PCBA operations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
