Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production managers to develop and optimize production schedules.
• Governance the quality status in the production process.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for emerging technology.
• Knowledge of SAP and familiar with MS Office is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with Industrial Engineering background would be considered as junior positions.
