Industrial Engineer
•Drive continuous improvement culture across the plant, promoting the implementation of Autoliv Production System (APS) tools to identify waste, optimize processes, and improve flow in both administrative and manufacturing operations
•Lead training and coaching initiatives in APS and Lean methodologies, enabling teams to develop and execute improvement projects, while strengthening operational capabilities and APS culture across all levels.
•Optimize operational performance and cost efficiency, applying Industrial Engineering principles, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 tools to reduce lead time, improve productivity, and support KPI achievement aligned with APS roadmap and site objectives.
•Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related areas
•Proven experience in Continuous Improvement projects, Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing
•Technical knowledge in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, Problem Solving. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
