The Job
Our client is seeking a multidisciplinary Industrial Engineer / Drafter to lead the design, analysis, and optimization of our client’s workspaces, factory layouts, and site enhancements. This hybrid role combines technical drafting and design with industrial engineering principles to improve operational efficiency, ergonomics, and workflow. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams -- including Production, Facilities, and Engineering to create data-driven, scalable, and safe site and workspace solutions.
