Your tasks

• Ensuring the on-schedule design, planning, procurement and commissioning of production facilities.
• Development and evaluation of new, complex, large and cross product area manufacturing and assembly concepts under consideration of the simultaneous engineering principles.
• Development of decision bases for the selection of production sites and for customer offers (e.g. development of FP key figures (Te, Tm, investments and areas).
• Monitoring and ensuring the technical and timely procurement of production/assembly equipment from the supplier in compliance with the specified budget after concept approval.
• Preparation of all necessary documents (e.g. specifications, FMEA, detailed time schedule) for the procurement of complex production and assembly equipment.
• Responsible for on-schedule commissioning at the site and handover to the plant in compliance with the specified and determined planned values.
• Evaluation and implementation of technical changes in customer projects with new technological requirements.
• Further development of existing processes and technologies in the assembly and component area under economic aspects.
• Taking over tasks of the production planners in the customer team during capacity balancing.
• Conducting training for production planners and technological consulting for plants, central divisions and business units worldwide.

Your Profile

• B.E Mechanical or any equivalent.
• Experience: 12-15 Years.
• 8 years of relevant professional experience in production planning.
• FMEA knowledge.
• MTM basic and standard data training.
• Good knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of business administration.
