Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze production KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
2. Coordinate the improvement of manufacturing line concepts , roll out New Jidoka concept
3. Implement time study to improve productivity， update SAP TE regularly
4. Calculate HC, capacity, utilization and so on, then highlight the key point to plant management team.
5. Identify and eliminate waste in the production process, balance quality and cost, and improve production efficiency.
6. Organize factory-wide employee improvement activities and lead specific initiatives.

1. 监控并分析生产各种指标并与生产部门一起推动其持续改进
2. 协调并改进产线概念设计，推动新Jidoka 理念在工厂落实
3. 通过时间研究等方法不断优化生产效率，并定期更新SAP 中的工时时间
4. 根据数据， 计算人员需求，产能，使用率等关键指标，并分析其关键波动点
5. 识别和消除浪费，平衡质量和费用，不断提升生产效率。
6. 组织工厂内员工持续改进活动，主导特殊的改进项目

   Your Qualifications:

   1. Bachelors degree in a related field (engineering /technology)

   2. 3~5 years experience in the automotive industry in a variety of functions.

   3. good communication, Presentation, time and conflict management skills.

   4. Experience as NPL or Industrial engineer or Lean. Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

   5. Experience in multi-cultural / nationality Culture, English could be working language.

   1. 相关领域的学士学位（工程/技术）。

   2. 在汽车行业具有3至5年的多种职能经验。

   3. 良好的沟通、演示、时间管理和冲突管理技能。

   4. 有NPL ，工业工程或者精益生产的经验，能够在最小监督下完成任务。

   5. 具备多文化/国际项目的经验，英语可以作为工作语言
