Job Description

Task:

• Support Segment to define and deploy the Segment strategy/ initiatives.
• 支持部门经理制定及部署部门战略路线图，战略项目等；
• Responsible for space/layout planning to fulfil future business plan within segment.
• 负责部门的布局规划及管理以适应未来业务的需求；
• Responsible for labor productivity planning and link to Budget & OL Direct HC planning, Investment planning.
• 负责部门的劳动生产率提升计划，并支持直接人员预算及投资预算；
• Drive and support the application of SPS standards as lean management elements, workplace design, SCM and value stream design.
• 推动和支持SPS标准的精益应用管理要素、工作场所设计、供应链管理和价值流设计
• Deploy and train SPS methods and knowledge
• 部署和培训SPS方法和知识
• Facilitate workshops and projects, report their results and benefits, support management to coach the continuous improvement processes.
• 促进研讨会和项目，报告其结果和收益，支持管理者指导持续改进过程
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SPS and share best practices
• 为SPS的持续改进做出贡献，并分享最佳实践

Requirements:

- 本科或以上学历，机械专业背景。Bachelor’s degree or above with mechanical background

- 可以用英语沟通(口头和书面)，会德语者优先。Be able to communicate with English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.

- 会使用Power BI 和office 软件，具备一定的数据展示和汇报能力 。Familiar with Power BI and office.

- 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.

- 优秀的沟通能力。Outstanding communication skill.
