Industrial Electrician - Automation / Controls
ENTITY: Tenaris Bay City, Inc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Perform scheduled maintenance to the robotic cells in the MESA plant based on prevention with routine inspections of the vision systems, Reajet system, vacuum systems, pneumatic systems, motion control systems and components of the ABB Robot.
Provide technical support for the Reajet systems and Vision Halcon systems used to ensure the traceability of the pipes, complying with the quality KPIs of these products located in the robotic cells that fulfill these tasks.
Perform complex failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions, using tools such as IbaPDA, Event log de L2, Robot, PC vision and PLC.
Perform repair reviews of emergency groups, analyzing and proposing updates or replacements of machines and equipment.
Plan corrective actions for scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns, based on the inspections performed or the problems diagnosed.
Update maintenance systems and prepares maintenance reports in SAP system.
Interpret technical drawings (pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic), execute blocking and labeling of machines.
Plan and perform predictive maintenance techniques under supervision.
On call for weekend and night shifts in case of emergency.
Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year of experience in a related occupation in each of the following: utilizing SAP to generate maintenance orders and material requests; interpreting pneumatic and electrical diagrams; calibrating vision systems, marking systems and sensors; using PLC TIA Portal, Robot studio, and IBA software to monitor robotic systems.
