Industrial Electrician
Southeastern Pennsylvania | Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $45–$50/hour + Overtime
Henpen Consultants is recruiting an experienced Industrial Electrician for a confidential manufacturing company. This hands-on role supports electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues affecting production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs.
- Install and maintain wiring, conduit, motors, drives, and controls.
- Read electrical schematics and interpret PLC ladder logic.
- Troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and switchgear.
- Follow applicable electrical codes and plant safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Journeyman electrician certification OR 10+ years of verified industrial electrician experience.
- Experience with motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and HMI systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and use electrical diagnostic instruments.
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code and applicable local codes.
- High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work at heights and perform required lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
$45–$50/hour, based on experience, with overtime after 40 hours. No sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
