Work-Life Balance

• 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Alternating 36- and 48-hour workweeks
• Work approximately half the year
• Overtime opportunities available

Paid Time Off

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electro-mechanical equipment
• Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, instrumentation, and control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out and other safety procedures
• Support plant reliability and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

Required

• Two-year electrical degree or equivalent industrial electrical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen

Preferred

• Trade school training
• Military electrical experience
• Electrical certifications
