Industrial Electrician – Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic systems in a heavy manufacturing union facility.
• Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, instrumentation, and control wiring.
• Interpret and apply diagrams/schematics and ensure all completed work is safe, accurate, and professional.
• Support preventative maintenance programs and safety practices including Lock Out/Tag Out; CPR/Arc Flash training preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Two-year electrical degree or equivalent industrial electrical experience required.
• Trade school, military background, or specialized certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical troubleshooting, and industry standards.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, safety, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening.
