To support our ambitious growth strategy and drive operational excellence across our Power Grid Central Europe Business Unit, we are recruiting an Industrial Director BU Power Grid Central Europe. Reporting directly to the BU Managing Director and serving as a key member of the BU Leadership Team, this role is responsible for defining and deploying the BU Industrial, Technical, QHSE and Digital Roadmap. You will lead industrial transformation initiatives, harmonize processes and methodologies across multiple manufacturing sites, and drive sustainable performance improvements in safety, quality, productivity and operational excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our industrial operations across Central Europe, while leading high-impact transformation initiatives in a dynamic and international environment. The Industrial Director BU Power Grid Central Europe is responsible for shaping and deploying the Business Unit's Industrial and QHSE Strategy across manufacturing sites in France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the UK and Greece. The role drives operational performance through standardized industrial tools, CAPEX programs, Lean Manufacturing principles, digitalization initiatives and the deployment of the Next Level methodology. By promoting a strong safety culture, process harmonization and continuous improvement, the position plays a critical role in supporting the long-term competitiveness, sustainability and growth of the Business Unit.
In this strategic leadership role, you will collaborate closely with plant management teams, business leaders and Group functions to deliver consistent industrial performance and foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.
