Your mission

• support senior designers in planning and conducting research—desktop research, user interviews, and testing—to gather insights.
• help frame and articulate design stories and brand strategy frameworks, contributing small ideas with thoughtful input.
• participate in ideation workshops and design critiques to develop craft and conceptual understanding.
• create sketches, quick 3D models, visualizations, or prototypes to help translate ideas into tangible forms.
• assist in formalizing presentations that convey design narratives with clarity and visual polish.
• learn new tools, methods, and perspectives as part of your growth in human-centered design.

Your profile

• bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field—0–2 years of professional, internship, or academic experience
• familiarity with the Chinese market or clients is a plus.
• a natural communicator with genuine ambition and emotional intelligence; leadership potential and teamwork spirit.
• strong creative thinking, good visual communication, and confidently presenting ideas.
• growing craftsmanship across hand-sketching, CAD tools (e.g. Rhino or SolidWorks), and visualization tools like KeyShot; solid PowerPoint skills.
• interest in expanding beyond core design—such as CMF, UX/UI, research, and brand thinking.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Chinese skills are a big plus.
