Responsibilities
Design and develop category-defining products
* Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex problems
* Navigate cross-functional teams in a complex environment
* Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges
* Contribute concepts and problem solving across one or more projects

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
* 5+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products
* Clear communication, visualization, and problem solving skills
* Fluid command of Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX
* Experience exploring and refine ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping
* Expertise in designing for mass production
* Excel in highly ambiguous situations Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
* Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
