About the role:

As an Industrial Designer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive product design from concept to market. You will lead projects within the Wellbeing and SDA categories—driving creative workshops, concept sprints, and full-scale development. Moving from doer to leader, you will balance hands-on design with strategic influence, guiding your projects toward innovative, sustainable, and user-centered outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Design Leadership & Strategic Contribution

  • Lead end-to-end industrial design for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with global design strategy and brand vision.
  • Drive creative workshops and concept sprints, bringing distinctive perspectives to early-stage ideation.
  • Set project agendas, facilitate team conversations, and synthesize inputs into clear design direction.
  • Expand your influence beyond execution—championing human-centric design, sustainability, and higher brand value in every project.
  • Create Wellbeing and SDA Design Identity with team and implement into production

Craftsmanship & Technical Excellence

  • Develop compelling design solutions using expert-level 3D software and visualization tools.
  • Create detailed CAD models, prototypes, and production-ready data with precision and intent.
  • UI- Apply the UI and Icons from design Identity and library onto projects. Create icons if necessary.
  • Apply deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials to ensure designs are innovative, feasible, and cost-effective.
  • Proactively explore new tools, technologies, and methods to elevate design quality and efficiency.
  • Bring the insights and observations from market, local production and supply chain into project or innovation work.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work seamlessly within a global, cross-functional team—engaging with designers, engineers, CMF specialists, and Global partners.
  • Lead through facilitation: listen deeply, integrate feedback, and evolve perspectives based on new information.
  • Mentor junior designers, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with professionalism and clarity.
  • Balance independent deep work with collaborative co-creation, leveraging the skills and ideas of others.
  • Navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and adapt processes to meet project goals.

Who you are:

Must-Have Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in industrial/product design, with a portfolio showcasing launched products.
  • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to production.
  • Expert proficiency in 3D CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for production.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin in writing and speaking.
