Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of experience modeling (e.g., Alias, Rhino, NX, Solidworks) in an industrial design team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
  
• A great collaborator with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent 3D surfacing skills in Alias.

Design work will include understanding product requirements and user context, and you’ll create flows, prompts, and multi-modal interaction patterns.

Our Industrial Design Sculpting team uses a craftsmanship approach to deliver beautiful, production-ready Class-A surfaces. We care about surface quality, aesthetics, and mathematical precision.

Responsibilities

• Capture the industrial designer's design intent from sketches, conversations, and reference CAD using 3D software.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to meet manufacturing and tooling requirements.
• Deliver production-ready CAD models with class-A surfaces ready for MP.
• Deliver Class-A surfaces for downstream polygonal modeling, renderings and visualization.
