Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Coordination Manager to join our team. The role is based in France, with a French employment contract and local employment conditions.

Main Tasks

  • Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
  • Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
  • Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).
  • Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
  • Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
  • Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit.
  • Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts.
  • Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment.
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
  • Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, including electronic schematics, components, and industry standards (CE, RoHS, IPC, etc.).
  • Good understanding of industrial processes, including PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and traceability.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing files.
  • Experience working with CAD tools such as Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of automation and testing, including test benches, microcontroller programming, and validation scripts.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
