The Industrial Controller will be based at the Industrial Operations site in Novara and will work closely with the Industrial Management team on the preparation of the Industrial Division budget, to be shared with the Finance function, as well as on product cost analysis and cost tracking for both Product Development and Logistics activities.
The role will also work closely with the Finance team on monthly closing activities, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analyses.
The position will interact with several internal stakeholders across the company on industrial cost control activities.
The main objective is to combine a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the different industrial processes, both product- and logistics-related, with a solid knowledge of industrial accounting and management control principles.
3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, preferably in structured organizations and within the Fashion industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics or related fields, or equivalent professional background
Strong knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence applications
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, social intelligence, team-oriented approach, positive attitude and excellent organizational skills
