【このポジションはどんな仕事？】
本ポジションは、工場のITインフラとデジタル化（DX）を支えるIndustrial Control System（ICS）Engineerです。

生産現場とITをつなぐ橋渡し役として、

• 生産ラインのIT環境
• MES（製造実行システム）
• AGV（無人搬送車）
• WMS（倉庫管理システム）
• トレーサビリティシステム

などの導入・運用を担当し、工場全体のデジタル化を推進します。

新しい生産ラインの立ち上げや工場DXプロジェクトにも携わり、製造現場が安定して稼働するためのIT基盤づくりを担う重要なポジションです。ITインフラの知識を活かしながら、Factory ITやMESなどの専門知識は入社後に学ぶことも可能です。

【主な業務内容】
◎ Factory IT・インフラ運用

• 生産ラインPC・MES・ICS環境の運用・保守
• IT資産（PC・ライセンス等）の管理
• 工場内ITシステムの安定稼働支援
• サイバーセキュリティ・ICS標準への対応

◎ 工場DX・新ライン立ち上げ支援

• 新規生産ラインにおけるIT環境設計
• MES・AGV・WMS導入プロジェクトへの参画
• ITベンダー・設備メーカーとの調整
• Engineeringチームとの協働

◎ トラブルシューティング

• 生産現場で発生するITトラブル対応
• Regional IT・海外チームとの連携
• 技術サポート・エスカレーション対応

◎ 継続的改善

• 工場IT環境の改善提案
• バックアップ・監視環境の改善
• DX・AI活用など新技術の導入検討

【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:

　１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

　２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.

　３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.

　４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1-3.

This position is within the Brain Division.

【What is this position?】
This position is for an Industrial Control System (ICS) Engineer who will support the factory's IT infrastructure and digitalization (DX).

Acting as a bridge between the production floor and IT, you will be responsible for implementing and operating systems such as:

• ・Production line IT environments
• ・MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• ・AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles)
• ・WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• ・Traceability systems

Through these responsibilities, you will drive the digitalization of the entire factory.

You will also participate in launching new production lines and factory DX projects, playing a key role in building the IT foundation for stable manufacturing operations.

While leveraging your existing IT infrastructure knowledge, you can learn specialized expertise such as Factory IT and MES after joining the company.

【Key Responsibilities】
◎ Factory IT & Infrastructure Operations

• Operation and maintenance of production line PCs, MES, and ICS environments
• Management of IT assets (PCs, licenses, etc.)
• Support for the stable operation of factory IT systems
• Compliance with cybersecurity and ICS standards

◎ Factory DX & New Line Launch Support

• Design of IT environments for new production lines
• Participation in MES, AGV, and WMS implementation projects
• Coordination with IT vendors and equipment manufacturers
• Collaboration with the Engineering team

◎ Troubleshooting

• Resolution of IT issues occurring on the production floor
• Collaboration with Regional IT and overseas teams
• Technical support and escalation management

◎ Continuous Improvement

• Proposing improvements for the factory IT environment
• Improving backup and monitoring environments
• Exploring the implementation of new technologies such as DX and AI utilization
