Are you passionate about industrial networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation? Do you enjoy bridging IT and Operational Technology (OT) to help customers build secure and scalable architecture? Then you could be the Industrial Connectivity & Cybersecurity Consultant we are looking for.

In this role, you will support customers, partners and colleagues in securely connecting shopfloor, industrial edges and cloud environments. You will work across pre-sales, consultancy and after-sales activities, helping design and deliver industrial connectivity solutions that enable digitalization, Industrial AI and data-driven manufacturing.

You will also contribute to knowledge sharing, demonstrations and customer enablement, while dedicating approximately 20% of your time to learning, certification, and technology exploration to continuously develop your expertise.

Tasks:

Act as the technical point of contact for industrial connectivity & cybersecurity throughout the customer lifecycle, bridging IT and OT.Share knowledge through internal training sessions, documentation and best-practice development.Support customer, partners and internal colleagues with networking, edge, cloud and cybersecurity expertise, including complex after-sales questions related to industrial networking, cybersecurity and connectivity.Take ownership of the organization’s remote demonstration infrastructure and industrial edge platforms, building and maintaining demonstration environments, reference architectures and end-to-end use cases.

Your profile

You hold at least a bachelor's degree in a technical fieldYou have a strong interest in both Information Technology and Operational Technology.You understand networking fundamentals such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching and network diagnostics.You have an affinity with industrial cybersecurity and secure network architectures.Experience with industrial communication protocols, firewalls, remote access, edge computing or cloud connectivity is an asset.You combine analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.You are customer-oriented and able to explain technical concepts to different audiences.You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and English.
