Job Description

Overall governance

• Cascade and implement sales-related policies to subordinates and relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure that work practices are aligned with policies.

• Propose, periodically revise, and gain approval on market research and marketing strategy development work processes, procedures, goals, strategy, initiatives, targets and plans to ensure efficient operation.

• Develop, propose, obtain approval, monitor and optimize utilization of department's resources and budget against company's budget, to ensure optimization and the right prioritization of resources and budget.

Function-Related Accountabilities

• Manage and provide suggestions in identifying business opportunities, in order to be used as input for sales and growth strategies and plans, as well as to drive business growth.

• Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term targets, and periodically review sales strategies and plans, to ensure alignment with overall company’s strategies and to ensure satisfactory revenue generation for sustainable business growth.

• Manage, control, and perform complex activities in liaison and communication with key persons of customers assigned in order to attain sales targets.

• Manage, control, and provide suggestions in developing new solutions or proposals based on customers’ requirements, which includes ensuring optimization in terms of functionality, cost, and quality, to deliver business solutions that match customers’ needs.

• Manage, monitor, and follow up on the newly assigned projects developed for both internal and external customers to ensure the project deliverables and project planned are progressed as planned.

• Manage, monitor, and provide suggestions in forming relationship management strategy with customers as well as maintain positive relationships with key persons of customers, to drive sales and maintain good relationships in long run.

• Manage and control document preparation, as well as review important documents in order to support sales conclusions and secure sales targets.
