As a Mechatronics Technician, you will support Brightstar Lottery's manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production and packaging equipment within a high-security instant lottery ticket manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on mechanical, electrical, and automation responsibilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. While automation and controls work are important components of the position, success in this role requires a strong ability to support the full range of maintenance activities across production equipment. This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida. Please note that this position requires onsite attendance in Lakeland, Florida and is scheduled for the night shift, working 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $32.00 - $36.00. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses.
