This position will work closely with JWC Sales team to facilitate the continued growth of the Industrial Division. The Application Engineer will act as primary liaison between JWC sales, engineering & operations teams to recommend best-in-class equipment solutions. Responsibilities include customer needs-analysis, process understanding, application intricacies, team collaboration and development of equipment solutions in a time sensitive environment. Finished products of the Application Engineer will include CAD drawings, product recommendations combined with technical capabilities of JWC equipment specific to the customer’s application. Position will require customer communication during various stages of the sales cycle. Some post-sales support may be needed to facilitate complete customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities may include enhancing CAD library, support of the equipment rentals program and helping facilitate grind-test demonstrations.
