We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Indoor Sales Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively support the sales team in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor developments.
• Support sales campaigns, tenders, and business development initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• University degree or final-year student in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or commercial administration will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales-related business applications is a plus.

Language Skills

• Excellent command of Bulgarian.
• Very good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

Computer Skills

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new digital tools and business systems.
• Experience working with CRM platforms is an advantage.
