We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Indonesia as a Field Sales Manager for our AI Data Platform for Manufacturing, "CADDi." Trusted by many manufacturing enterprises such as SUZUKI, YKK, YANMAR and so on.

Are you feeling the limitations of simply "selling products" or hardware without delivering true, transformative value? Do you have experience in consulting or system sales for manufacturers, but hunger for a fundamentally stronger, game-changing product to propose?

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional for our AI Data Platform for Manufacturing,"CADDi."

As the Field Sales Manager (focused on high-level professional sales execution rather than traditional people management), you will play a crucial role in both business development and long-term strategy.

You will be responsible for driving individual sales excellence from lead generation to closing deals. In collaboration with our Customer Success (CS) team—the experts in customer transformation - you will focus on expanding the CADDi business in Indonesia to ensure customer success.

You're expected to cover the business development role in the early phase and strategy in the long term to achieve rapid growth in the market. You’re required to collaborate with various professionals, therefore you need to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute end-to-end professional enterprise sales from high-intensity lead generation (inbound/outbound) to deal closure to consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
• Analyze customer needs and consult on core Management Agendas, leveraging CADDi's platform to solve deep structural pains for manufacturers.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to align sales strategies with seamless, long-term customer transformation.
• Conduct strategic account research and market analysis to identify key stakeholders, uncover engagement opportunities, and optimize the sales pipeline.
• Manage sales forecasts, metrics reporting, and promotional activities efficiently to drive CADDi’s market presence and business growth in Indonesia.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B software sales or manufacturing solutions and products
• Native Indonesian and professional English skill (Japanese is a plus but not required)
• Proven track record of pitching to C-suite and top management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Numerical abilities and a problem-solving attitude.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven sales experience in the software / consulting industry for the manufacturing industry.
• Track record of million dollar deals
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to utilize AI to maximize productivity
