About the Team
The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Grow advertising revenue from ID SMB agencies (Chinese background) through deals, client acquisitions, and product adoptions.
- Contribute to the development of TikTok SMB Agencies ecosystem in ID through strong narrative building, continuous business opportunities discovery, agency partnerships expansion, and consistent market education.
- Firmly establish TikTok as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of all agency partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across, but not limited to, product, marketing, sales operations, legal, and engineering to provide best-in-class service and campaign facilitation to agencies.
- Build compelling story lines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ and agencies' business problems and objectives.
