We have an exciting opportunity for an Individual Therapist to join our team of talented professionals in the Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFCO) program.
This position offers a $3,000 sign on bonus!
We have a market-based compensation structure. The estimated salary for this position will vary based on a candidate's transferable work experience and qualifications. The salary is just one component of total compensation including a comprehensive benefit package of affordable medical plans, employer paid dental, vision and long-term disability, 401(K) with employer contribution, flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, free license supervision and eligibility for biweekly incentives.
The Individual Therapist is responsible for providing mental health treatment and case management services. Services are delivered in the home or community based on the needs and preferences identified by the TFCO team. Must be willing/able to work a non-traditional schedule based on the needs of the families served. Must be able to deliver Treatment Foster Care Oregon clinical services and implement interventions that within the fidelity of the model. Must be able to deliver behavioral therapy that targets school behavior and individual behavior. The TFCO Individual Therapist is responsible to help coordinate and integrate services that are provided to individual child by multiple service providers and to identify and eliminate barriers to effective service delivery. Must maintain flexible work schedules and cell phone as needed. Must possess a “whatever it takes” mentality in delivering services to individuals within the in program.

A group of concerned residents and educators recognized the need for mental health services in our area and joined forces in 1958 to help form The Guidance Center. Our expertise in mental health and wellness, early childhood education, free preschool for low-income families, developmental disabilities services and support, mentoring, substance use disorder, workforce development, Kids-TALK Children's Advocacy Center (CAC), Champions of Wayne, the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), and research and evaluation helps more than 15,000 members of our community annually work on their own personal triumphs in life.
