• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development to support strategic product recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across underwriting, sales, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and finance teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field; industry designations such as FLMI, CHS, CLU, CFP, or equivalent are considered an asset.
