KidsXpress is a children’s mental health charity transforming the lives of children impacted by adversity. We deliver trauma-informed Expressive Therapy to children under 12, alongside education services for parents, teachers and professionals who care for them.

We are entering a new phase of growth and are seeking an Individual
Giving & Growth Manager
to lead and strengthen our Individual Revenue portfolio.

This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for growing income from individual donors through acquisition, retention and lifetime value strategies.

You will sit alongside our Grants & Partnerships Manager and Marketing Services Manager (Events), forming one of three defined revenue streams within the organisation.

The Opportunity

This role offers genuine ownership of the Individual Revenue
function, including:

  • Individual one-off giving
  • Regular (recurring) giving
  • Workplace Giving
  • Matched giving campaigns
  • Major individual gifts

You will design and deliver strategies to grow and retain
supporters, while working collaboratively with our Events & Marketing
Manager to steward donors acquired through community fundraising and events.

This is an opportunity to build and shape an individual giving engine within a respected and mission-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual Individual Revenue operational plan aligned to organisational targets.
  • Lead the individual giving campaign calendar, including appeals and matched giving initiatives.
  • Grow and optimise regular giving and workplace giving programs.
  • Strengthen donor acquisition strategies across digital and community channels.
  • Design and refine supporter journeys across acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation.
  • Lead donor EDM planning and performance tracking.
  • Use Salesforce to drive segmentation, reporting and data-led decision making.
  • Identify and cultivate major individual gift opportunities where appropriate.

Event delivery and peer-to-peer fundraising sit within the Events & Marketing function. Once supporters are acquired and recorded in the CRM, stewardship, conversion and retention form part of this role.

About You

You are commercially minded, relationship-focused and comfortable taking ownership of revenue performance.
You bring:

  • Experience in individual giving, fundraising or supporter growth.
  • Confidence using Salesforce (essential).
  • Experience building or optimising donor journeys.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Experience within the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.

Why Join KidsXpress?

  • $95,000–$105,000 FTE (pro rata 3 days per week)
  • Access to salary packaging (which may increase take-home pay by approximately $6,000 per year)
  • 17.5% annual leave loading
  • Birthday leave
  • Gifted leave over the Christmas/New Year period (reviewed annually)
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
  • Professional development support

You’ll be part of a thoughtful, values-driven team working at the intersection of children’s mental health and community support.
