Location: This role can be based in either our London or Edinburgh office, with some flexibility to work between the office and home. We will discuss what is important to you, balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process. You can read more about flexible working here.

The Team
Our Retirement Solutions team aim to offer more choice for customers at retirement. The Individual Annuities Proposition team purpose is to develop and evolve our proposition by understanding our customer and intermediary needs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
The Role
Your role will be to manage and support the development of our new individual annuity proposition so it continues to help customers achieve their goals, and that we continue to meet the commitments we have made to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
