PwC is seeking aDirector– AI & Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI solutions that drive enterprise transformation. This role will be pivotal in shaping and scalingGenerative AI, advanced analytics, and AI-led platforms across global clients, with a strong focus on value realization, responsible AI, and industrialized deployment.
The individual will bring a balanced mix ofdeep technicalexpertise, consulting mindset, and delivery leadership , enabling organizations to unlock business value through AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities
AI / GenAI Strategy & Advisory
Define and execute enterprise AI and Generative AI strategies aligned to client business priorities, including roadmap development, use case identification, and value realization frameworks.
Solution Architecture & Engineering Leadership
Lead the design of scalable, secure, and production-grade AI solutions leveragingLLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, predictive analytics, andMLOpsframeworks across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure).
Program Delivery & Governance
Drive end-to-end delivery of AI programs, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and alignment to enterprise architecture and compliance standards, including Responsible AI practices.
GCC & Global Delivery Enablement
Partner with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and captive organizationstoestablishAI hubs, scale delivery capabilities, and industrialize AI solution rollouts across geographies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into business outcomes, and influencing transformation agendas at CXO levels.
Asset & Capability Development
Drive the creation of reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and IP to enhance differentiated market offerings and improve delivery efficiency.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build and mentor high-performing, multidisciplinary AI teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Mandatory skill sets:
10–12 years of experience inAI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI-led transformation
StrongexpertiseinGenerative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, predictive analytics, and AI platform engineering
Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (AWS / Azure),MLOps, and enterprise-scale AI deployments
Proventrack recordof leadinglarge-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams
Experience working with or enablingGCCs / captives / global delivery models preferred
Strong consulting acumen, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
