In threat intelligence and vulnerability management at PwC, you will focus on identifying and analysing potential threats to an organisation's security, as well as managing vulnerabilities to prevent cyber attacks. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure.
& Summary:We are seeking high-impact GTM Directors to join our GCC markets team. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on opening and developing new accounts across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, the ideal candidate will combine deep cyber security, technical, digital and domain expertise with a proven ability to build C-suite relationships, shape large deals, and drive pipeline growth.
You will sit at the intersection of India's fastest-growing GCC ecosystem and one of the most critical enterprise priorities—cyber security and digital risk. Backed by PwC's global brand, methodology, and alliance ecosystem, you will have the platform to build a market-defining practice and shape how the world's largest enterprises secure their India operations.
Responsibilities:
New Account Acquisition:Identify, pursue, and convert net-new GCC accounts for PwC India's cyber security portfolio, building a robust and sustainable pipeline.
Relationship Development:Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, GCC Heads, and global security leadership at target accounts.
Market & Sector Intelligence:Develop deep understanding of the GCC ecosystem, sector-specific cyber risk landscapes and buying behaviour to craft compelling value propositions.
Deal Origination & Shaping:Lead proposal development, orals, and commercial structuring for multi-service cyber engagements (strategy, transformation, managed services, incident response, cloud security, OT/IoT security, etc.).
GTM Strategy & Execution:Co-develop and execute the annual GTM plan—campaigns, events, thought leadership, analyst engagement—aligned with sector and cluster priorities.
Sales Ownership:Own and deliver against defined order book and revenue targets for the assigned sector/account portfolio.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure solution feasibility, smooth transitions from sold to delivered, and high client satisfaction that drives repeat business.
Mandatory skill sets:
15–20+ years of experience with a substantial portion in business development / GTM roles within a professional services firm, global SI, or large security product/platform company.
Demonstrable track record of originating and closing new-logo deals in the cyber security and digital risk space.
Strong existing network of CISO / CIO / CTO-level contacts across GCCs operating in India.
Deep familiarity with target sectors
Experience navigating dual-stakeholder environments (India GCC leadership + global HQ security leadership).
Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.

Prior experience within a Big 4 / tier-1 consulting environment.
Exposure to managed / co-sourced cyber security service models and outcome-based commercial constructs.
Experience with GCC-specific themes such as shared services cyber governance, global SOC consolidation, regulatory harmonization etc.
