Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and Azure

• Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
• Drive adoption of lakehouse architectures, data engineering best practices, and AI/ML modernization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Define and enforce data governance, security, and performance standards
• Mentor and grow a team of data professionals; contribute to practice development

Mandatory skill sets:

• Deep expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong experience in data architecture, pipeline design, and cloud-native engineering
• Hands-on with Spark, SQL, Python, Delta Lake, and streaming frameworks
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements, workshops, and solution presentations
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization

Preferred skill sets:

• Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with AI/ML integration, data mesh, or data fabric architectures
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Business Objects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project delivery, proposal development, and practice building

BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MBA, MCA (60% above)
