Indirect Tax Professional

Our team of experts provides focused consulting on indirect tax matters and supports companies across all aspects of this field. The practice is led by top professionals with extensive experience, offering clients practical and strategic guidance on both local and international indirect tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise companies on a broad range of indirect tax matters
• Represent clients in tax assessment proceedings
• Assist in obtaining pre-rulings from the Israel Tax Authority
• Prepare and provide expert opinions on indirect tax issues
• Support clients on international VAT matters
• Advise on complex local and cross-border transactions
• Help build comprehensive tax plans that address indirect tax considerations and optimize tax outcomes
• Provide advance tax planning to maximize input tax credit eligibility and VAT refund opportunities
• Support international transactions, including planning around import, export, and customs tax payments to minimize tax exposure on relevant products

Requirements

• Certified lawyer (LL.B., following internship and bar admission) – mandatory
• Strong writing skills and excellent written expression – mandatory
• High level of English – mandatory
• Experience in large accounting or law firms – advantage
• Experience in VAT-related matters – significant advantage

• סיוע בבניית תכנית מקיפה המתחשבת בהיבטי מיסים עקיפים לצורך אופטימיזציה של תשלומי המס
• תכנון מראש של מבנה הפעילות למקסום הזכאות לניכוי מס תשומות והחזרי מע"מ
• תכנון תשלומי מסי יבוא, יצוא ומכס לצמצום נטל המס על המוצרים הרלוונטיים

Requirements Hebrew

• עורך/ת דין מוסמך/ת (LL.B. לאחר התמחות והסמכה) – חובה
• אוריינטציה גבוהה ויכולת התבטאות מצוינת בכתב – חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• ניסיון במשרדי רואי חשבון או משרדי עורכי דין גדולים – יתרון
• ניסיון בתחומי מע"מ – יתרון משמעותי
