Close collaboration with all business areas ensures the definition and implementation of commodity group strategies, while commercial negotiations have a direct impact on the company's success. Selecting the best and most innovative suppliers guarantees the highest quality standards, as well as sustainable and innovative products. The tasks in procurement are as diverse as they are essential to success.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Handles responsibly all relevant purchasing processes (e.g. supplier panel definition, cost analysis, validation of technical specification, negotiation of quotes and contracts, Sourcing Committee, escalation, project tracking) including alignment with relevant stakeholders
• Ensures achievement of targets by steering projects and suppliers and by usage of processes, methods and tools and active Change Management steering
• Analysis of mainly regional supply market and implementation of insights into sourcing strategy and projects
• Manages and develops cooperation with internal stakeholders with functions, business units and other regions
• Defines lessons learned based on performed initiatives and transfers them to new projects

This is what you bring to us:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience within Indirect Purchasing – ideally with Sourcing of CAPEX / Battery Assembly Lines
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills with experienced project management-skills
• University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• High networking skills (also with Management), ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, fluent in English and German
• Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP applications
