Job Description

Responsible for supervising indirect procurement activities across categories, including sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and procurement governance, to support business objectives, cost efficiency, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1, Procurement & Negotiation

Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including bidding inquiries, quotation evaluation, commercial negotiations, and purchase order (PO) issuance.

Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure achievement of cost-saving targets in VM and IT categories.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval matrices, and internal controls.

2, Supplier Assessment & Management

Supervise new vendor evaluations and manage the New Supplier Selection process in alignment with procurement governance requirements.

Oversee supplier performance, risk, and sustainability compliance through EcoVadis vendor management.

Lead supplier issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen vendor partnerships.
3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Act as the key procurement liaison for internal stakeholders, including Brand/VM, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Provide procurement guidance, coordination, and support on IP category–related initiatives.
• Support team capability development by sharing best practices, coaching junior team members, and improving procurement processes.

  3. Stakeholder Leadership & Influence:Effectively leads cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities.

Integrity & Ethical Leadership:Acts as a role model for integrity and ethical conduct, ensuring procurement and general service activities adhere to company standards and policies.
