Are you interested in learning more about the Procurement department in the world leading industrial coatings resins company? allnex is looking for a reliable and precise colleague who will help us maintain our Procurement processes and will coordinate with procurement team and cross functional departments.

If you are organized, accurate and proactive with the high level of responsibility, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process purchase requisitions according to guidelines;
  • Create and manage purchase orders in ERP and follow up on approvals;
  • Handle invoice deviations and ensure timely resolution;
  • Maintain procurement-related databases and records;
  • Support Ariba Guided Buying activities (issue handling, supplier and catalog enablement);
  • Prepare and update work instructions, training materials, and policies;
  • Provide training and operational support to internal users;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues;
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving indirect procurement processes.

Required skills and experience

  • Upper-intermediate (B2) English skills, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Organized, accurate and proactive;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Acquire ability to understand the process flow and act swiftly upon exceptions;
  • Can work in an independent manner, as well as integrate well into a team;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset;
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ariba tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (can be a student with ability to work full time);
