Indirect Procurement Coordinator (12 month FTC)

Role Priorities

• The issuance and follow-up of orders on the needs expressed by the requestor.
• Ensure the follow-up of quotes and negotiation of non-strategic purchases.
• Coordinate invoicing follow-up.

Main Responsibilities

• Fulfils simple inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
• Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
• Prepares Commercial Bid Tabulation
• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality; follows-up and expedites as necessary
• Supports in negotiations with vendors, within established guidelines
• Assists more senior colleagues, as requested
• Provides Administrative Support if required

Profile

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritise workload and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
