Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for assigned indirect categories (e.g., IT, marketing, professional services), aligning with business needs.
Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RFI/RFP, negotiation, and contract finalisation, to secure optimal terms and value.
Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and value engineering initiatives across indirect spend, contributing to financial targets.
Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key indirect suppliers, monitoring performance and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Ensure strict compliance with Maxis' procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide procurement solutions, and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Analyse spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Process purchase requisitions and orders, and assist with vendor onboarding and documentation.
